Policy and Procedure
All special request orders are preferred 24 hours in advance of the requested delivery time. Any modifications to existing orders must be submitted with in 4 hours of the requested delivery time to be honored.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel 6 hours prior to scheduled delivery time for regular menu items and 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery time for special orders. All rush orders will be billed for the entire amount of the order.
